At Tres Clothed, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
A return request must be made before sending the item back.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please contact us at support@janedress.com. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the product back.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@janedress.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
For defective products, we will cover the cost of return shipping (GBP 0.00).
There is no restocking fee for defective products.

If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item, you can still return it, but please note:
